Mitchell Mhlanga’s journey began in 2010 when she completed high school. Determined to pursue higher education, she took on the role of a waitress to fund her dream of obtaining a law degree from the University of South Africa (Unisa). However, financial constraints led her to drop out in her second year in 2013, leaving her dreams momentarily unfulfilled.
Undeterred by setbacks, Mitchell displayed extraordinary resilience. In 2016, she embarked on a new chapter by enrolling in a Bachelor’s degree program in International Trade and Economics at Shanghai Lixin University in China.
